On board Café
Our café offers a range of tasty snacks, hot and cold meals and drinks so you arrive more refreshed.
Items are available throughout the journey, and will be replaced by similar items if not available. Please ask a crew member about gluten-free options.
Cash, debit cards and credit cards are accepted. Magazines and a range of other travel items including headache and pain relief, pens and tissues are also available.
Our café opens 30 minutes after departure and closes 30 minutes before arrival at the final destination. Opening times are subject to change.
If you are unable to leave your seat, a crew member will be happy to organise your order.
Alcohol, including a selection of Australian wine and beer, is available for purchase on our trains between 12 noon and 11.00pm to those over 18 years of age.
Please drink alcoholic drinks in your own seat, not standing in the aisle or vestibule.
Under the Liquor Act 2007, while on board a train, you are not permitted to drink alcohol purchased from anywhere other than the on board café. Fines apply.
NSW TrainLink actively promotes the responsible service of alcohol and has the right to refuse to serve alcohol to passengers who appear intoxicated. Staff may ask the police to remove intoxicated passengers from NSW TrainLink services and train stations.
Bringing food and drinks on board
You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks onto train services.
It is recommended that, if you do bring food on board, you limit this to food that can be eaten cold. Staff are unable to heat food brought on board by customers.
Please dispose of any litter in the rubbish bins provided.
Eating and drinking (with the exception of water) is not permitted on board coaches. Stops for meal breaks are scheduled into journeys longer than four hours. If for medical reasons you need to eat or drink during the journey, please advise the coach driver when you board.
