Missing something? Hundreds of items are left by accident on NSW TrainLink services each week and we endeavour to identify and return items to their owners.
If you leave something at a train station or Sales Agent it will be held there for seven days and then sent to the Lost Property Office in Sydney. Any property left on train and coach services will be sent there immediately.

Lost property is held by the Lost Property Office for 28 days and then disposed of according to Transport for NSW policies and procedures.
There is no charge to collect lost items.
